Flexible Gaseous Ozone Treatment for Multiple Application Points

GTS centralizes ozone generation while giving each treatment point the flexibility to receive ozone according to its application demand. Closed-loop controls, zone-level flow adjustment, and safety monitoring help operators manage distributed gaseous ozone treatment from a centralized platform.
Generation, oxygen supply, mass transfer, contact, monitoring, and control are designed as one treatment platform.
Closed-loop PID control adjusts ozone output and related operating variables around the selected treatment target.
Configurations can be selected around flow, ozone demand, treatment objectives, and available site conditions.
The operator interface provides alarms, operating data, and connections for plant controls and remote monitoring.
Available in GTS-60 through GTS-280 models, all system configurations feature closed-loop PID control, Teledyne ozone process control, external oxygen feed, air-cooled operation, follow UL 508A-listed equipment standards, and support for local and remote gaseous ozone zones.
